I was locked out of my accommodation on the first night and had to sleep elsewhere on a couch because the auto key arrangements were not made and I could not gain access to my room. "Only two negatives : Needs black out blinds woke early as too bright. Beds arnt the comfiest , I sleep on a flat bed settee so the crease was in my bad and so uncomfortable and flat/hard & pillows were useless, not comfy On the plus : Clean , modern , bathroom nice and warm (radiator constantly on in there ) . Nice neutral decor . Well equipped kitchen , clean fluffy towels , hairdryer/iron/fan . Host was attentive ,very helpful told us to call if any problems , answered phone every time....
