"Only stayed one night and it was very good value but very dated .Fridge all rusty and that bad the maintenance man brought us a brand new one! "I went half-board at this hotel. Room itself was spacious and had a wonderful view. TV was large and had HDMI ports, which was also very convenient. The sofa turns to a bed which is also a nice touch. Room is relatively modern and had all the facilities needed. Staff were polite and helpful, but I would have preferred if I were informed earlier that half-boarders can only access water during dinner. It would have saved an awkward conversation. "A family of five- our children are now three young adults for a week, had a very good holiday. Two beaches easy walking distance, lots of restaurants and a supermarket. Good buffet breakfast and very helpful friendly staff. A very relaxed atmosphere and restful. Easy to catch the bus to Siam Park or be picked up to go to the volcano. Pleasant walks around the peninsular to view Los Gigantes. Lovely sea view from the apartment. Shuttle from the airport delivered us to the door. "
