"Really lovely stay. Would recommend greatly if you're looking for a relaxing / do nothing and switch off kind of holiday. Hotel is spotless, and spoilt for choice at buffet. Staff all very friendly. Views are wonderful. Not much to do outside of hotel is the only negative. "

"Excellent Staff except for grumpy bartender at pool. We brought our own drinking cups but was forcing us to use the hotels plastic cups and pay 1€ deposit. Made no sense. Rooms need updating. Especially bathrooms but the beds were comfortable and overall the room was clean. We asked for a quiet room and they put us on the top floor - thank you. Food at restaurant for all inclusive was decent and there was variety everyday. Staff at the restaurant were excellent. Hotel located in good proximity to ocean and restaurants/bars but there is no good beach nearby."

"I really enjoyed this property. The views from the balconies are amazing, the setup of the apartments is great, the pool area is really nice with a good bar, and breakfast is good (well worth the €15.) I would absolutely stay here again. "

"Beautiful area, amazing swimming pool with sun loungers available. Breakfasts were delicious, my son said the best eggs he’s ever had! Lidl supermarket 2 mins walk. Well equipped kitchen, lovely little touches like bottled water and toiletries. Super helpful at reception and security staff helpful out of hours. "

"Amazing views from all units. Rooms and hotel style a bit dated but clean and has everything you need. Restaurants very good. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner buffets. Would return again at this price point. "

"It is important to note that this is a very small hostel. But that being said, they treat everybody that walks in their door like family. Alejandro the manager is so attentive and friendly and excited about life. He is the perfect host and a cornucopia of information about the island and all the hiking that can be done there. He is also very happy to take you out dancing. The place is spotless. The food they make is great. The volunteers that help out there are also top notch. If you would like to enrich your mind, body and soul with the beautiful island of Tenerife, I would highly highly recommend making a stop at Arena Nest Hostel. "

"Everything is beautiful as always here. My third time staying. I knew about the ongoing works to crystal 2 next to the property so was not surprised by the works going on. It was a little dusty and noisy at times but it did not spoil my trip. The lady at check in was very friendly and Natalia is always a pleasure "
