"We visited this property from the USA for a family vacation (family of five with three kids under 12). The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was what you would expect from a large resort. Plenty of options: some of it good, some of it not so good. The hotel has two large pools and plenty of activities for adults and kids. "I went half-board at this hotel. Room itself was spacious and had a wonderful view. TV was large and had HDMI ports, which was also very convenient. The sofa turns to a bed which is also a nice touch. Room is relatively modern and had all the facilities needed. Staff were polite and helpful, but I would have preferred if I were informed earlier that half-boarders can only access water during dinner. It would have saved an awkward conversation.
