"Our first trip to Puebla, the staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. The Manager David was very helpful and even arranged for our taxi to catch a real early flight out of Puebla and even offered to personally take Us to the airport if necessary. "El Encanto was a wonderful stay, we were there for a wedding, from the outside you could not imagine the beauty with in, it’s rustic and beautiful and great picture ops all around the hotel, if you get the corner room it has a balcony looking out to the cathedral and wow, the rooftop bar was where the wedding took place breath taking view of the cathedral and when lit at night wow, wonderful all around, only complaints I have to give bathroom in our room had water marks on the ceilings and...

"This hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The room we stayed in was immaculately clean, with great features. We were able to stream our home Netflix account on the large smart tv. The bathroom was amazing, with a rainfall shower head. The hotel was very quiet and secure. To access the hall on the first floor where our room was located, a key was needed. The parking lot was gated, with an attendant on duty. We would stay here again anytime. "
