"Had one roll of toilet paper, kids asked front desk to swap out towels after using 2 at the pool. They were told there were enough towels in the room. Hair dryer was burnt & melted, room phone and alarm clock did not work. We found an old Whataburger Apple pie in the dresser drawer. Pull out bed was extremely filthy."
