"This is a great property to view the launches as it's right at the south end of the canal. The property is nice and has plenty of space for at least 4 people. I did have a few hiccups with the door code, but management helped right away so only a minor inconvenience. You do need to pay the recreation fee to be in the property, but there is a fun chip and put 18 hole course on premise. Just a short drive over to South Padre Island. You have an unblocked view to the launch tower across the channel...

"We stayed over spring break with the family and we really enjoyed the pool, the view, and the house. This place is huge and furnished really comfortably. There is still construction going on nearby, but the construction crews were gone by the time we came back in the evenings. The community is gated and after the crews left it was so quiet and peaceful even during spring break. "
