Nice condominium community. Pools well kept, no hot tub here. Many workers always doing up keep. Our particular room was well kept, however needed some minor cosmetic maintenance. I believe the tile shower has been leaking through missing grout areas, causing a mildew smell near the adjacent bedroom wall. Woke up stuffed up every morning. Cleared up with fresh air. Overall a good stay in SPI for the price.

Enjoyed everything about it. Great location and the #157 had everything we needed. AC worked great and it was very clean. If I had to say anything negative it would be that it could use ceiling fans to circulate the air and the bed was a bit too firm for me but both are just a matter of preference. I would definitely stay there again. Great place.

The Tiki is a lovely property! We were there for my son's wedding. When I booked, I was looking for a first floor unit, which I got; however, we were a long way from where they were staying. That made it a little difficult, but we still had a wonderful time!

Second year we stay at this location. Chose same apartment because of their beautiful decoration and comfort. Would come back again and again.

A restful and enjoyable stay
Wonderful place just A few yards the sea. We enjoyed seeing the sunrise in the morning and we even got to see the fireworks On Saturday evening from a place next-door. Everything was very clean and personnel was very kind. I think it was worth that investment. Will go back whenever I can.
