"My partner and I stayed at the Fort Lauderdale Marriot for our anniversary over the weekend. When we booked the hotel we did not know the pool was under construction as the site did not show that. Once we arrived the front desk staff was REALLY nice, we even became marriot members. We were offered complimentary drinks which was really nice. "The location was great. Right across the street from the beach. Very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Even had a blender, coffee maker and a toaster. The carpet is probably needing to be replaced soon as it was getting a little worn but it was clean. It worked out great for us."
