"Hotel is newly renovated. Beautiful nautical style rooms. Great pool outback with intercoastal view. Pool is heated. They are renovating a restaurant on property. But have a great seaside bar with food, which was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel. Can do taco Tuesday. $10 for two tacos and $10 house margaritas. Also have the Water Taxi that stops there if you want to catch a ride on that."

"The parking attendants enthusiastically got out car- always polite and friendly. The room was kept very clean and the facility in general was quite nice. The night managers at the reception, however, could have been better. I would definitely consider another visit. "

"The place is very nice! The grounds are beautiful, the cottage I stayed in (queen studio) was clean, well maintained and had a lot of homey touches. Elaine is an amazing hostess! She is very helpful, friendly and creative. Each cottage has its own parking space. The beach is a two block walk and Elaine provides supplies to spend a day at the beach. I wish I had been there for a vacation so I could have taken advantage of all that was offered. There is construction going on as the area is growing...

"The best thing about the property was that it was right on the beach. The amenities such as the pools, jacuzzi, outdoor grills and general grounds were immaculate. The staff obviously takes great pride in caring for this 60 year old resort. The price was also very fair. One problem was that the Murphy bed in our Studio unit was that the AC was within one foot of the side of the head of the bed which then blew directly in the face of the person sleeping on that side of the bed.
