"Location was really good. I walked everywhere. The hostel was very modern and clean, almost felt more like a hotel. Having the cityplaza resto right across was very convenient for a bite and a drink. A few cons…had to pay to store my luggage. Every other place I’ve been to does it for free. No hair dryer in the room, had to ask at the front desk and the hair dryer stopped working after 2mins. The communal dinner doesn’t really seem to be a thing. The people at the city plaza didn’t even know...

"In a very convenient location! Super clean and has all the amenities you may desire while in Madrid. Be warned that unless in a city taxi, car services will not pick up or drop off directly in front of the hotel. It was no problem for me, and although it’s a short walk to the nearest main street, this is something to be aware of if / when carrying luggage. I’d stay here again! "

"I actually liked the ladder access to the bathroom; it made it interesting. The room was ok, nothing special. I did not have a view but that was fine since I only stayed one night. The best part was the staff. The young lady who checked me in was lovely..I forgot her name. The man who checked me out was very kind in helping me secure a cab to the airport. He wanted to make sure I was safe and cared for. I wish I had their names cause they made up for the lack of view. Thanks:)"

"The hotel is very cozy and nice. It is extremely close to all of the attractions in the area and the major plaza. For being in the middle of things, you can’t get better. Our only complaint was thenoise. It is on several of the busiest streets in the area for walking, bars, and restaurants, and it is very loud. Bring earplugs!"
