"The villa was beautiful, just as depicted in the photos - even more spacious than expected. It is in a very peaceful location, but note it is not close to restaurants or Grace Bay. We split the trip between here and Grace Bay, so the balance was perfect. We ran out of dishwasher detergent and there was no washer/dryer detergent. We messaged the host, and they delivered supplies within one hour. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. "

"My wife and 2 kids (13 & 10) stayed here for a week. The house is new and pristine as is the view of Chalk Sound. We enjoyed the view, the pool, and the many amenities the house has to offer: kayaks, beach chairs, well-stocked kitchen, coolers, and others. It is a very short walk to the Las Brisas restaurant, which we visited twice. You can also walk to Sapodilla Beach, but we drove the 2 minutes to carry the chairs and cooler. We had a very lovely stay."

"The view of the Sound at Breezy Palms is better than it looks in photos. At certain times of day, the color of the water is a gorgeous turquoise that seems unreal. The house is completely equipped with everything you’ll need. We found it spacious and a relaxing environment for our family. Having a pool on site, a pool table, and access to kayaks gave us plenty to do. We loved our week in Turks and hope to return.Julian was super informative and made sure we had everything we needed."

"Granted you are about 20 minutes from the touristy things, but if you want an incredible property and away from everyone, this is the absolute best. An amazing location without the traffic of the resort stayers. "

"8 of us stayed at this beautiful property to celebrate my sister's early retirement. Communication with our host was top notch. Daphny assisted us with hiring an in home chef for one night as well as making the stay extra special on arrival with flowers and balloons for our celebration. We took advantage of using their other services such as pre-ordering groceries and beverages. As far as the property itself, the 8 of us fit perfectly with room to spare. We were able to having plenty of space inside and outside for congregating and privacy as needed. We greatly enjoyed the extra amenities of the kayaks and SUPs. The living room and dining room were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We did have one issue on the first day with the refrigerator. It was promptly handled within a couple hours. With the beautiful beaches and assortment of restaurants nearby, we were able to stay in our area some days and avoid the traffic and hustle and bustle of the busier touristy areas. I would highly recommend this home and location for a low key vacation with multiple friends or family members. Please note that having a car or other transportation at this location is a must.
