"Overall a great a trip I would recommend staying here the staff is very friendly, the scenery is great and they have plenty of things to do. The roof top bar brought great views along with very friendly bartenders even at JoJo’s cafe the had great waitresses and a great bartender. The beach staff were great as well very kind and respectful. "

"We have been fortunate to vacation on Providenciales 15 times so its obvious, we love this island. This condo was GREAT. Great location. Great views. Great beach steps away. Great kitchen. Great staff.And Shane was great with communication especially during my research 9 months ago.We are so glad we picked this condo for our latest 10 day Provo vacation. The next comments have nothing to do with the the condo itself as they have zero control over a new resort being built 50 feet away and especially what phase of construction the new resort would be undergoing but...unfortunately the construction crews started at 7:00am and ended at 5:00pm EVERYDAY of the week. And it was the concrete sawing phase of construction. So you can imagine the sound! It wasn't constant but being on the patio was a no-go. We understood there was the construction next door but sure got unlucky on phases.Thankfully, we spent a lot of time ON the beach where the sounds were slight or no longer heard. And we love walking the Grace Bay beach for miles so not spending time on the patio as hoped was just a little negative blip.And the weather was great too. We heard the week before we arrived, the weather was not great. Overall, this was one of our best Provo vacations. "

"A hidden gem! The property, lush with plants, flowers and fountains is truly a botanical environment. From the minute we arrived, to the minute we departed, we were treated like family. Ms Wenie, Maureen, Jeffrey (shuttle driver) and all the bar/kitchen staff and groundskeepers were very polite, attentive and professional. I highly recommend this quiet hidden gem with all the amenities at hand over any large resort. Thank you for a great week! We will be back! -Steve M. "

"Relaxing "

"We were attracted to the high ratings of the hotel. We decided to book and stay and we were not disappointed. Close drive from the airport and also the beach shuttle once you get to the property is really great. The staff was great! It’s gated and they have security at night. Felt very safe. It appears they are adding more suites to the property as well. Seascape is next to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and there are a lot of excursions to do at the beach also if you’d like. We can’t wait to return!"
