"I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine....

"Spacious and high end accommodations. Staff were phenomenal with special mention to Joseph who worked in the restaurant for breakfast daily. I have severe gluten allergy (celiac) and he arranged for the chef to make me gluten free pancakes on our last day. Resort is beautiful and so quiet. "The property was beautiful and the pool area was wonderful. The beach was inviting and always had plenty of chairs. The staff bent over backwards for us, always ready to put towels on our chairs and offer us food and drink. It was such a relaxing and wonderful vacation."

"I just stayed at the shore club 04/29/25 - 05/05/25 and it was an absolutely stunning property !!! The staff is absolutely incredible, notable mentions would be the property manager , Rosa the bar tender, Amber the sailing captain, all house keeping staff, and all kitchen staff. From the moment you enter the property you feel like you are in paradise. The food is incredible, the beach is perfect, activities are great. This is the place to stay without a doubt. Will definitely return soon. "

"We had such a wonderful stay at the Oasis Grace Bay. The pool, grounds, and beach area are very well maintained, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the distance to the beach and restaurants could not be beat. We also enjoyed the hotel restaurant very much, and the staff there was very attentive and kind. We would love to return someday! "

"Firstly, the staff from the front desk to the security and pool boy are very welcoming and friendly. Kynesha was very helpful throughout our stay. I was truly impressed by all their professionalism. The room was immaculate and new. Everything was so worth every penny. Breakfast was good. Could have had breakfast at tables overlooking the beach. Outdoor fireplace at night was beautiful. Didn’t do the bar, but did use the hot tub on roof top. Also watched the sun set from rooftop. Beach was also beautiful, there weren’t any life guards really. We really loved our stay. "
