"I really liked my room however it was in building two which required me to climb 76 steps from the reception area to the pool area. The pool was beautifully but it was too cold to swim in. It should have been heated in December. The pools sit in the shade all day, so I was surprised that they were not heated. Lavern and Rhonda were two of the nicest receptionist I have had in a while. "We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Zenza. The hotel looks brand new, the room sizes are good, the staff is so friendly. We had a room over looking the marina and it was so beautiful to sit on the balcony with the view. We interacted with Mario at the front desk alot. He would do anything for us and went over and above to make arrangements for us. He is a valuable asset to the hotel. The restaurants within walking distance are all fabulous!"

"We loved our stay here. Beautiful, clean, spacious, great communication, had everything we needed. VERY quiet which we loved but if you're looking for the hustle and bustle of nightlife and lots of people, this isn't it. You will need a car because it's pretty far and theres a 10-15 minute drive on a very quiet, dark and dirt road, watch for BIG potholes. Restaurant is not reliably open. Don't depend on it. Would most DEF stay. here again. "

"Room 5 was spacious, light and airy, with a well-appointed kitchenette. Wynter is a friendly and helpful manager amd she's happy to help with trip requests or customizations. Even though the immediate area is certainly not affluent, it is friendly, safe and walkable, and close to local stores, a long, quiet beach, and a good beach-side restaurant."
