The Space:
This glorious waterfront property – Chalk Sound Shores – is ideal for families and friends looking to stay together for a fabulous island escape! On the southern shores of Providenciales, overlooking the turquoise water of Chalk Sound Creek, this villa will provide you with long-lasting picturesque images and a place to make incredible new vacation memories!
This villa features:
- A spacious and LUMINOUS OPEN FLOOR PLAN LAYOUT with a wonderful L-shaped leather sofa to seat everyone in the group, large windows with gorgeous views of Chalk Sound and delicious sunsets, plus a great big flatscreen Smart TV with cable for a perfect spot to spend downtime moments together.
- A fabulously large and FULLY-EQUIPPED GOURMET KITCHEN with granite countertops, high-end appliances, and all you’d need to prepare meals at home. Plus, all the essential extras like a COFFEE MAKER, BLENDER, TOASTER, and even a DISHWASHER for easy clean-ups!
- There’s a BREAKFAST BAR with 3 bar stools for a quick bite to keep the cook company. And on the opposite side, there’s a spirits BAR and another 3 bar stools, where you supply the libations if you fancy a cocktail hour!

Guests have free parking on the premises in the event you are renting a car, which is highly recommended, especially if you like to get out and explore and want to see more of the gorgeous island of Providenciales. A car is optimal as there is no organized public transportation on the islands. We suggest Swift, Hertz, Avis, and Grace Bay Car Rentals as good options for car rental.

Other Things to Note:
The Chalk Sound area is just a bit off the beaten path, located in a peaceful national park area. You will need to drive to get to stores, restaurants, and attractions on the island.
Please note that all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Sometimes you’ll find some basic condiments left there, like some cooking oil, salt, pepper, etc., so If you plan to cook at home, it’s best to check first and see what you'll need to purchase.
We provide some essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, like toilet paper and soap, but for anything else you need, you’ll need to pack or purchase it.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Guests must inform us of their expected time of arrival and departure at least 24 hours prior.
