"What a perfect place for a spring break trip with my family. The view is outstanding. Lots of pool/beach toys available for my 10, 12, and 14 year old. Plenty of outdoor space for sunbathing and relaxing by the pool or down by the ocean. The home was very clean. All rooms are oversized, plenty of space to spread out and relax. Taylor Beach is just a 5 minute walk. Or Sapodilla beach was a 5 minute drive or 10 minute kayak paddle away. We are already planning our return to 12 Palms. "

"I highly recommend Daydreams Villa!! The house was just like the pictures – beautiful. Good closet space, storage, etc. Comfortable beds. Very clean when we arrived, well equipped with necessary basics (trash bags, toilet paper, soap, cleaning supplies, etc.) Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of wine glasses! Pantry cupboard with basic cooking staples (oil, vinegar, sugar, some spices, coffee filters), and a lovely welcome basket. Enough beach towels and laundry detergent. The house has a pack n play, and a brand new high chair (thank you. Will!), and sand toys for children. The space worked really well our three-generation family. Having the freestanding guest house with two bedrooms, and the front master bedroom over the garage gave everyone some separation. The house would also work well for four couples.The views overlooking Chalk Sound are simply gorgeous. Every day on the pool deck and outdoor dining pavilion, looking out at that beautiful aqua water, we felt such a sense of tranquility. The house is well situated to spend beach time at nearby Taylor Bay beach, or Sapodilla Beach, both of which are perfect for families with smaller children– extremely shallow water with no waves. We went up to Grace Bay beach to snorkel at Coral Gardens one day, and out to dinner two nights, but otherwise were very happy to stay at our villa.Both the island-based property manager and the host were super responsive and helpful - thank you!Rent this property - it's wonderful!"

"From the moment we arrived at this stunning island retreat, we knew we had found paradise. Sunset Point exceeded all expectations; every part of the property was designed for comfort, relaxation, and breathtaking beauty. Massive windows, open concept and multi-level porches provide spectacular views, while landscaping and house ‘point’ location provides complete privacy from other homes. Perfect as the home is- it is the outdoor space which truly sets Sunset Point apart. From the pool area with multiple lounging spots, to dock with water access, and ability to WADE to a quiet stunning beach-this home is unparalleled. We found ourselves scheduling dinner after sunsets, specifically so we could enjoy a cocktail and toast the setting sun! Info package provided by the owners covers every detail- we enjoyed snorkeling, reef fishing (grouper and mackerel tacos for dinner!), and private chef. And hit a number of the restaurants suggested as well. We rented 2 cars (10 adults) and found the driving to be no prob- popped all around the island, but were thrilled to head back to Sunset Point every evening. The owners were incredibly responsive prior to our trip, and Julian made check in a breeze. Frankly, had no need to call him once we arrived. This home is truly a hidden gem and the ultimate escape for anyone seeking luxury and tranquility. It was a trip of a lifetime. We can’t wait to return. "
