"Love this resort! Clean! Very friendly staff! Super quiet(my biggest positive)! It’s nice to have the restaurant on property. Plenty of chairs on the beach and towels for use. Every morning the beach staff have been very accommodating in assisting us with umbrellas and side tables! It’s all the little things that add up to help make this a very enjoyable experience! Definitely worth a return trip! Very relaxing! Thank you Royal West Indies for a great time!"

"It is beautifully renovated and the beach is delightful. The room was super nice although the microwave and the coffee machine were quite old. The breakfast was good considering it is presented as "continental" but having fresh bread (instead of only sliced and bagels/muffins) would have been nice. The service is not what you would expect in a 5-star hotel, it is spotty and some staff are super nice and helpful but others are moody or bordering rude. "Loved the space and privacy that this cottage style resort provides. The two-bedroom cottage was ideal for my family of four. Resort staff were excellent, including concierge, housekeeping, message therapists, beach club attendants and wait staff. Wenie, in particular was exceptional. "Overall, we found our stay at Windsong to be quite pleasant. The staff were attentive and very polite and helpful. Our continental breakfast was good, as was any additional food that we ordered. The butler was very helpful when booking a kayaking excursion. We only got to snorkel on one afternoon because it was too rough at other times and they were not giving out the equipment.
