"Terrific for family with Children, and groups of friends and families, but not so much if you are a couple wanting peace and quiet. The staff and management were always friendly and helpful. Even when we wasn’t happy with our room, they would find a solution to address my issue. I would give 10/10 for their service."

"We thoroughly enjoyed the high-quality breakfast, the friendly staff, and the pool options. We turned our Air Conditioning up to cool the room, however, the Air Conditioner struggled and kept the room modestly cool. Thankfully the room had a powerful ceiling fan."

"The resort is great though a little dated. The neighborhood is kind of sleazy and dirty. The resort is like a gem in the dirt. However, the neighborhood has all kind of restaurants and shops. It is walkable and convenient."

"Great stay, we loved it so much that we extended our stay for an extra 10 nights on top of the original 9. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great facilities for kids. Really great massages at the spa. It’s postioned on top of a steep hill but they have a shuttle. Lovely pool too. I would stay there again. Bar drinks can be very expensive, good happy hour at the pool but outside of this it’s very expensive. Also did not like being charged for the individual activities at the Kids Club....

"Property is amazing a lot of the tours will pick u up at the hotel they also have shuttle to town food very good restaurants great roof top bar amazing !! Tong bar Sara front desk tiger at the bar were excellent also santana was except at pool bar..great hotel they have everything!!!"

"We loved the fact that you could step onto your patio and then slip into the pool without actually leaving your room. Our room was very comfortable with the best bed we've had for a long long time. The bathroom is spacious, but beware of tiny steps into the bathroom! Breakfast was reasonable with 2 breakfast rooms. The lobby area is huge and has lots of seating with a nail bar, gift shop and coffee(Starbucks)/cake shop. Hotel only 1 minute from the beach, but you have to cross a busy road to...
