"Wonderful stay at Quay. Clean and new. My parents lost their hat as it was placed near to the bin. Housekeeping apologize and provided credit to offset our hotel bill equivalent to the cost of the hat and gave us 2 complimentary caps. They did look for the paper bag it was stored in but it hat got lost which is possible. Thank you for trying to make the experience better for my parents "
