"This was a convenient, clean and comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately we were not provided with the code before our arrival, and so in order to check-in we had to walk to another place, which was a bit confusing. The lady was very friendly and welcoming though. "

Breakfast available for a modest fee so that’s a plus especially if you’re catching an early morning flight. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."

"We enjoyed a fantastic stay at this property. Alessandro at the front desk was so incredibly helpful by providing information regarding the (very close) location of the tram and which stop to get off at (San Marco Square) to visit all of historic Florence by foot. He also made superb restaurant recommendations and shared the location for the best gelato in Italy! Alessandro clearly enjoys his job and takes guest experience personally. Carmen is the lovely manager of the property, and when we...
