"We did not know the Superbowl parade would end up overlaping with our trip. Happy for the Eagles but since we are not football people it pretty much changed the whole trip. The host was not able to accommodate a cancellation so we went and made the best of it. The host was slow to return messages (sometimes a full 24 hours between messages) and did not give us clear instructions for check in or check out. The house was nice on the inside. "This rental was perfect for our annual get-together which included daily trips to Philadelphia. The large dining room table was perfect for evening board games and beds were comfortable. The driveway is a little tricky but manageable. We only encountered very minor older house issues - a broken cabinet door in the kitchen, refrigerator outlet breaker turned off once, and a bathroom sink faucet that turned back on if you turned it all the way to the left. "Traveled to the area for a wedding. Stayed here with family also from out of town. All were happy with the beautiful space. Plenty of room for 2 couples. Convenient to restaurants, historic areas, shopping. Jerry was very attentive and always available. Would highly recommend."

"Perfect property for a large family who needs individual rooms. Property has all amenities and owner was responsive on checkin day. No emergencies occured requiring their attention. House is near a target and subway, both within 5 minutes. Couple blocks 15 minutr walk to Geno and Pat's, they were meh. But property was perfect."

"The place was sparkling clean and comfortable with all the essentials for our weekend stay. Close to Penn for our event. On-street parking was not a problem at all over the weekend. Would definitely return due to proximity to campus. Too cold to enjoy the garden!"

"We stayed at this place the day before I had surgery and it was pretty close to the hospital. It only was the place beautiful but it a very clean! They hosts were very attentive to any accommodations that we needed. Would definitely stay here again! "

"This house fit our needs well! There was cold A/C, wifi, towels, bed linens, necessary kitchen tools and free parking in a lot behind. It was clean and check-in and communication were easy. We were there for a local job so can't leave any advice on the town or sites, maybe next time we will get to see them and enjoy more. The location was perfect for us. Just a note, there are a few flights of stairs to walk up from the parking lot, so if you are mobility challenged it might be an issue for you,...

"The property has changed Hands. We asked for towels and linens that were needed and didn’t receive. No chairs to sit at kitchen island. Had to stand to eat. Drawer front feel Off in my hands. No hangers for our clothes. Breakfast was very disappointing."

"The room was great. Very spacious and clean with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. However, there is an unusual odor in the hallway. The neighborhood is quiet but a little sketchy. Parking is expensive but there is street parking. There is construction around the area so you have to be careful where you park. "
