All the rooms come together at this lagoon like pool where you can interact with other guests or cool off from a hot day or after being at the beach. Family owned hotel where their focus is to make their guests feel part of the family, don’t be surprised to see the owners in the property interacting with the guests and improving their facilities. They offer a vast variety of services, including a daily breakfast where their focus on elevated cuisine flourishes, one can also dine on the premises with a full menu for both, the dining room and the bar, a beach club with a full bar, lounge chairs and a great view of the beach. In addition they own a restaurant just a few minutes from the hotel where you can enjoy great tacos such as pulpo (octopus), their signature shrimp tacos or the vegetarian option, the cauliflower tacos. If you like mezcal, they also have mezcal tastings at both locations. The hotel is just a block away from the beach but that little walk is well worth it. When it comes to transportation they make it hassle free. They arrange it for you. "

"This property is an oasis. It’s so peaceful and quiet and we had the whole pool to ourselves and the sand bar was so easy to get to. Front desk was very accommodating and ordered us a taxi whenever we wanted to go into town or we just walked along the beach "

"Love La Palapa, it’s great place to relax, enjoy the beautiful water and sun. The staff was super friendly and check in was easy. The room is perfect, no TV, A/C works awesome and the room has a balcony facing the water. On the balcony you will find a hammock and table perfect for chillin. The beach is a little rough from the shells. The temp of the water is perfect, if you walk off the property you will find tons of options for food and clubs. I would stay here again. "
