"The staff was incredibly friendly, my partner and I became very sick with food poisoning and they were very helpful and accommodating. Room was nice and clean. I docked one star just because the beds were very uncomfortable, especially since my partner and I were cooped up for a full day, we really got to feel how uncomfy they were. However, as trips to New York usually involve little time spent in the rooms, I’d still recommend. "
