"Casino and hotel are very clean; majority of the staff was very nice. It was a shame that the service at Luis Rey’s Sport bar was horrible. Had to wait very long wait times for our waiter to even check on us even though we flagged him, trying to order a second drink but he was too busy watching the games on the big screens and the bar wasn’t even busy. He was very rude. I would not recommend. Elementa has excellent service and the food was delicious and the same goes for Bar Meets Grill, I recommend eating here as well. Coffee and pastries at Cafe Amore were also very good for breakfast. "

"Outlet mall across the street and a fancy food court nextdoor. Great location. Legoland is a 5 minute drive. "

"It was my family of 4 staying here; we enjoyed the king size beds! Comfort was of no issue. Large refrigerator and microwave in room. Laundry facilities on the 2nd floor. They have a little store located next to the front desk. Everyone was so nice! Breakfast served between 6:30-9:30am. Good options were good! Plenty of space to sit at. Sadly we had to check out early due to my child becoming ill (not due to the hotel) and I had to check out 1 day early, I was charged $75 which I felt could have been waved and then my room card did not work. We had just returned from the beach and we were wet and had to use the bathroom and when we arrived the card did not work at all so I had to run down stairs and take care of this issue. Which was never resolved. They handed me a master key and requested I return it because it was their last key. Some minor hiccups along the way but it was a nice hotel. Plenty of outside parking. The grounds were clean and this place was down the street from the beach! I would stay again. The part that was cute was “ cookie hour” nothing special but a cute idea. We went down for cookies and milk. Loved the idea! "
