We really love staying here. The room is very comfortable and well maintained. Parking is free and plentiful. Rooms have a shower and a bath tub. Very relaxing.

The check in was horrible! The staff who helped us check in was very dismissive, I paid for a pool side view and was given a room with views of ceilings and mountains. When I called to fix this I was told I was given this room because I requested to be near the elevator - I never requested that and anyways the room was no where near the elevators. We went back down to the lobby were we were forcefully helped by Justin. I say forcefully because it seemed like he was forced to be there. He was the absolute worst. Worst customer service and looked upset that I had the nerve to go complain to receive the room I actually paid for. Without investigating her flat out told me he could not change my room but when I stood my ground he started writhing stuff down and since I didn’t get any explanation from him I asked if he was changing the room, he simply replied by yes and then

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The property was really nice. The rooms were spacious and clean. My son forgot his charger and they were prepared for things like that and had multiple charger types available for use in the room. We tried the cafe for dinner and the food was all great. It was so good we went back there for breakfast and had breakfast outside on the patio.
