"We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property in Honomu HI. The property was as advertised - quiet and beautifully landscaped. We enjoyed walking the property looking at the plants, birds, goats, chickens & view of the ocean. Our hosts had thoughtfully stocked the refrigerator with some staples that were helpful, including fresh eggs and some chocolates. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed having breakfast on one of the two patios/decks. "

"Located in a farming/orchard/ranching area in the rain forest side of the Big Island. Most properties in the area are working farms with families and acreage, so expect to experience the daily activity of farm life. The cottage we stayed in was an extension of the main house, separated by a covered garage port. The family are great hosts, quiet and mindful of guest privacy. The view from the covered lanai out over the orchard and ocean is spectacular and peaceful, and we spent much of our time...

"This property was exactly as listed if not better. Whale watching from the porch anytime of day; or lounging in the sun overlooking the ocean. The serenity of being immersed in nature ; from the birds, horses, frogs, geckos. The night sky was absolutely magnificent. And occasionally able to see the silhouette of Maui. Thats all, and then the actual views of the healing energy of Waipio Valley. I enjoyed having a little haven to go to after a day of sight seeing! The house was completely stocked...

"The Treehouse was perfect in every way! We particularly loved the sleeping options (in the loft and outdoors on the hanging bed), the comfortable mattresses, linens and pillows, the outdoor shower, rocking chairs on the lanai and perfectly appointed kitchen. The grounds were beautiful and our hosts so friendly! "
