"Honestly I’m very upset. Booked originally another location because it was closer to where I needed to go. They moved me last minute to another area in an extremely busy corner. There was noise from street all night long and didn’t sleep for my entire stay. Now they are refusing to compensate me. They put me in a further location which I spent more in cabs and didn’t sleep which resulted in my not having energy to visit city during the day. Really it ruined my vacation!!! "Close to tube, shops, river, restaurants. Stayed during the lockdown and easy to get shopping delivered within an hour of ordering. Plenty of restaurants to order food from nearby. Right next to Ravenscourt Park and a short walk to the river."

"Tricky to find and wasn't expecting to have to email a scan of driving license and credit card. The apartment was nice and double glazing worked really well so really quiet. The downside was the heaters were on and the apartment was way too hot which made sleeping tricky."
