"Myrtle was an excellent host, answered very quickly. Parking was so convenient - two assigned stalls very close to the townhouse! Location near Trader Joe’s, and I think Outlets, too, but we only did the parks. Right between Universal and Disney World! Quiet location, nice backyard view. Loved the drawers and counter space in the bathroom - made it so easy to keep my toiletries at hand and get ready faster! Plus the light was good - not like at some hotels where you’re in the dark! "I used to live in this beautiful area and it was such a treat to be able to stay somewhere right in the middle of all that is historic downtown Orlando. It is such a unique and beautiful neighborhood and NOTHING like other areas of the city--but you have to experience it to understand that. Dyna's spot is smack in the midst of it, and just a few minute's walk to the little bars, bistros and quaint places to gather, including Lake Eola. She is a lovely person and we could not have enjoyed staying...

"Nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath 2 story townhouse right on a lake. Beautiful view from our patio and a walk path all around the lake. 3 miles from Universal Studios and Sea World. 15 minutes from Disney. Tons of restaurants and shopping also all around. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. "

"Great location too our gymnastics venue. Something for everyone to do at the house. Just know the pool is not heated, that was the only downfall for us. Other than that we had amazing time at the home"

"Really great property. Beautiful pool / hot tub area. Really cool features such as the big ceiling fan in the family room, and all the extra tech. Large kitchen (didn't use it much, but you sure could and there was nothing missing) Owner was great to work with and helped change our booking from 2 to 4 people as we had some other friends that were going to stop by. Appreciated the beach towels for the pool area! Will be back!! "
