"Staff was very friendly and kind. Grounds were very nice, but rooms need to be renovated. Outdated. Bathroom had old tub and toilet in the same small space. We booked a 2 night, 3 day stay in a room with a one King size bed and it had only one night table on the right side of the bed. Was inconvenient for the person on the left side as they had no night table to place things on (phone, water, etc). Brought this to the attention of one of the managers that came around while we were at the pool...

"We LOVED our stay here. The property is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly and helpful!! There is so much to do in walking distance or within 10 minutes of driving outside of the theme parks. Def 10/10 recommend."

"As golfers and great fans of the late Arnold Palmer, we have always wanted to visit Bay Hill golf club. It was just a short stay but it was very nice to visit his famous golf course. The staff were great. The room was lovely. The bed very comfortable. "

"The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities that we needed for a quick stay to go to the nearby parks. The resort itself offered much to do. We only took advantage of the waterpark on day 1, but there were many other options available. The location was great for day trips to Sea World, Disney Springs and Universal City Walk. Only an hour car ride to Legoland as well. "

"Our family stayed at this condo for three nights. Check in was a breeze. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was close. Lots of umbrellas and a bar for drinks. PUBLIX grocery store and other amenities were very close. Short drive to Seaworld and Universal. "

"I would normally have given the overall 5 stars, but twice we had issues with our room keys not working, the first time being right when we checked in. I had to drive back to the office to get them rescanned again. The second time was when my young son really had to use tge bathroom and ended up going in the bushes. The room itself was really nice and clean. It looked like it was just recently remodeled. The AC and all the appliances worked great, too.We would definitely stay again!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this resort. When we arrived, we went to the front desk and checked in with a young man and then met the concierge, Virgil. He was a very charismatic gentleman that gave us a breakdown of the Orlando area and local activities.The room itself had a jacuzzi, multiple bedrooms, a full kitchen, living room, multiple bathrooms, and every amenity we needed. Great location, Great for kids

"The pool/water park area is the thing that sold it for us. Children absolutely loved it. Only stayed 2 nights but could have stayed longer. Location excellent on International Drive- hotel provides free bus tickets for the I trolley which stops practically outside"

Universal's Endless Summer Resort - Dockside Inn and Suites

"I liked that it was clean but the rooms were noisy and view was of the abandoned hotels behind the property. I appreciate that Lucca at the front desk changed the accessible room to a regular room because “clearly didn’t need it” and it was “scummy” to have booked it. I couldn’t help but feel it was a jab at me. I honestly don’t remember the type of room I booked through Expedia. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. "
