"I love the look and feel of the Paper Collective, which is cool and fun. I didn't love that the pillows offer not head support (and when I asked for more pillows, it had to be multiple times), the smallness of the shower that caused flooding all the time, or the rudeness of the front desk staff. I will say the maintenance and housekeeping staff were gems -- friendly, attentive, and overall wonderful. The bar or restaurant was never open, so I can't weigh in on that. "They canceled in December so they were remodeling side of scramble for a new hotel I’ll be sure not to stay at that one at all I’m glad I hadn’t paid for the room I had a time probably would’ve lost my money"
