"One of the best customer service I have seen. The cleaning vrew and front desk are superb. I stay at many hotels but this group are exceptional compared to others. They go put of their way to fullfill your request. Very very kids friendly. They acvomodate kids with special needs with any requests within their capacity. We enjoyed a lot! There were four families in total and all of them stated the same so it is not an individual experience. The layout of the hotel makes it possible for kids to have fun in one section of the hotel without interrupting the guests as the bar/dining area is little out of the way of main hotel rooms. Free laundry is a bonus all you do bring in your detergent or but at the service desk ($1.50). Acees to private beach is very easy and convinient. Everything is nearby. We plan to stay again. "

"We had such a wonderful stay. The room was clean and smelled fresh when we entered the room. The continental breakfast was delicious and had a decent selection to choose from. We ate there each morning we during our stay. The staff were kind and welcoming and gave us information on activities in the area that would be fun for us to do. It was a wonderful experience!"
