"Great location! "

"At check in we did not receive a lot of communication - like where our room was, or room service info, or pool info - which is typical in hotels. We found our suite to be a good size. Definitely outdated - but that doesn't bother me - if it's comfy and clean. The couch wasn't super comfortable and as I found out that night, neither was the bed. Hard as a rock. I called front desk to get the pool hours and was told it was 9am-9pm. That's hugely disappointing - . Also pool is not as in pictures,...

"Underground parking spacious not crowded, All staff was nice, Ben at front desk and Hai the bartender at hotel very nice! Pool was warm not crowded kids room not crowded. Hotel was quiet good views. Restaurants in area also very nice workers 10/10 trip "
