I stayed at the Ottawa Embassy Hotel during a work trip. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The room and common areas were clean and looked like they were newly renovated. The location is great. It was easy to get to buy car and a quick walk to several restaurants, etc.

Clean in all areas. Great staff at the reception who helped with all of our queries. We ate dinner at the on site restaurant and the food was very good with great staff. We had a suite and it was very large with a full kitchen. Beds were very comfy. Love the area also that was walkable and close to many sites and areas for shopping.

I stayed in a suite, it was beautiful and the kitchenette has everything we needed in it. We also had a balcony with a great view, I just wish it wasn’t snowing so we could use it. All in all, our stay was great, and I would definitely stay again!

Very pleasant service. Excellent location and clean modern room. Only drawback was very tight bathroom with building structure columns right in middle of bathroom. So we had to walk on our side in the bathroom. Are we seem to FAT! But we would return cause overall great.
