The temperature in the rooms was very hot! No maintenance people to help on a wknd. Parking was next door at another hotel. Our vehicle was too high for 2 of the parking floors and we had to walk 2 floors inside the parking garage to get in or out. Our fridge was not cold and knob seemed to be broken. Location was perfect and price was reasonable. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly.

The property is nice and the room was great in size and the most comfortable sleep. Unfortunately, there was a WiFi issue (no internet our whole stay) we did ask for compensation. We were given complimentary breakfast, for the trouble.

We had an excellent stay. We had a complication within our group and the staff made it painless to solve our problem. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. The rooms show some wear and tear, but everything worked and the bathrooms were new and nice.

Very central in Ottawa and walkable to lots of sights in the city. During our stay the internet was down so we could not use the wifi or the tv which was inconvenient but not the hotel's fault.

When we first arrived the gentleman at check-in was very polite, friendly and quick to process the arrival. The shopping mall and lots of food places are nearby which is great. The only thing was at the time we stayed the parking garage was undergoing renovations.

Staff was HORRIBLE! They talked down to you made you feel so belittled. Also double charged my card for my stay and I had a hold for my whole duration of my trip. Staff didn’t care to make it right at all. Parking is horrible very limited especially for oversized vehicles. Never ever recommend this hotel to anyone
