A couple areas in the hotel could use a refresh, but it has it's charm nonetheless. There's only valet parking offered, but there is an underground lot across the street. Would also prefer if the room had a safe. "

"The property, staff and service was absolutely excellent. They only lost a star because the king sized bed is really a double, queen length. Also, the O train entrance seems to attract loitering types, so use the mall entrance. "
