"The history of the in has been beautifully preserved and incorporated in the decor. Someone greeted me when I arrived and made sure I was checked in properly before showing me the free coffee/tea bar (love this) and my room. My room was clean and comfortable. I had a little trouble figuring out the tv but got it eventually. My room was in the annex on the first floor by the street. Some loud groups walked by twice during the night but other than that it was quiet. "

"The property, staff and service was absolutely excellent. They only lost a star because the king sized bed is really a double, queen length. Also, the O train entrance seems to attract loitering types, so use the mall entrance. "

"The front desk staff were very friendly Ana helpful. The cleaning staff didn’t seem very interested in cleaning the room after my wife got up around noon. They would give us coffee but had to rest them to vacuum the room and never did replace towels. Not sure why this was an issue as everything was much better the previous week."
