"The condo itself is nice and was clean. Balcony offers a fantastic view of the pool. not as close to the beach as anticipated. Walking distance into town. Big problems with check-in and security not having our information. Additionally, although the pool was beautiful, the rules are ridiculous. No food or drink, no music, no cell phones. I go to this area a lot and have never seen this. Also lots of dogs and barking, despite the strict pool rules. All in all, nice condo, but better options...

"My parents stayed here and it was the perfect size for two people. They enjoyed the multiple outdoor sitting areas and pools and found the location handy for shopping and markets. The host was very responsive with any needs and also arranged our transportation from San Jose. The only thing I would mention is that the property is closer to 10-15 minutes walk to the beach so be prepared to walk a bit if you don't have a vehicle.
