"We had the good fortune to book 4 nights at this extraordinary property and our only regret is we didn’t stay longer! From communication prior to our arrival to check out process, all was wonderful! The property itself is gorgeous with stunning views, the house has everything one could want or need and then some and the hostess, Tonia, is a gem of a human! Special mention and thanks to Meylin and family who live onsite!! We couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely be back!!"

"The house is spectacular, beautifully designed and maintained. All the spaces have a wonderful indoor/outdoor feel. There are flowers and birds everywhere, and there is a very good view of a huge valley and mountain ridge where birds soar and cattle roam in the distance. Highly recommend!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this house. There is no need for air conditioning being high up. No bugs at all! A lot of folks wrote comments about the steep road up to the house, which almost turned me off from booking it. The driveway is paved and while steep not an issue at all. Not sure why anyone would mention it. Fantastic place to rent. We will definitely be back. There are three rooms, each with their own queen beds and bathrooms. "

"We loved your home. It had all of the amenities we wanted -- 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a beautiful deck with incredible ocean views and a pool! We were very close to the wonderful Playa Blanca, which we spent every day at. My college-age children loved it and so did my wife and I. We ended every day with a movie on the living room's large screen tv. Olga was available whenever we had a question. We highly recommend this house!"

"Great location for simply relaxing. Thank you hosts for allowing us to check-in after hours. Enjoyed the view even though it will get dark after 5:30 pm. Need to wake up at 5:30 am to enjoy the sunrise."

"We had an amazing time at Casa Sammie. Patri was amazing. She communicated ahead of our trip to make sure we had everything we needed to easily find the house and check in. She gave us local recommendations for some groceries to help us throughout. She also would have been a great resource for excursions and adventures, but we had booked some stuff before we arrived. "Property is as described. It's dated but well cared for. The caretaker is great. PLEASE note. Last few kilometers of road are not paved...we had 4x4's was fine. Closest supermarket is a 40 minute - hour drive. Beach isn't the best for swimming but totally remote and private. We loved this place. "

"The only downside is the trip up the mountain but once you get there you are in paradise. You are at the top of Jaco and have some of the most incredible views (pictures don't do justice) you will ever have at a house you rent. Incredible staff attending to your every need. The private chef blew us away. Dave and the team were incredible. There are no words."

"This lovely little piece of paradise is tucked into a residential neighborhood which is a 15 minute walk to Jacó Beach. A beautiful tropical garden surrounds the tidy tiled pool and spacious deck with a grill, hammock, etc. Three bedrooms and a spacious living room and well-equipped kitchen. We loved it. It was the perfect place to slow down and regroup. "
