"We were very disappointed with the response or lack of, to issues. On arrival the oven did not work. We made a complaint, received a response, made ourselves available for someone to look at the oven on the Thursday. It required a part which could be ordered from San Jose and would arrive on the Monday. That was week 1 and we would be back on track for the last 2 weeks. This place had everything you could want. The host was quick to respond. I can’t speak highly enough about our experience at this place. "What can we say but WOW this place is in a fantastic location and is well maintained inside and out. A 20 minute walk takes you into town to grocery shop at Mas X Menos and then if you need a taxi home they are right there outside the store. Taxis are reasonable, we stuck with the red cars with the yellow triangle door sign as they are all metered.
