"Loved it! Our flight was delayed and we arrived well after midnight… shout out to Chris Patterson for being so attentive upon arrival! He remained a friendly face, a trusted resource, and a go-to for all sorts of local intel! No ask was too big or too small. We were sad to leave :("

"The view of the ocean and the lagoon is gorgeous. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the area is full of things to do, things to see, and is close to the tourist attractions, while not being in the more congested parts of San Juan. Perfect vacation!"
