"Hotel is very nice, housekeeping is horrible i called for towels on Thursday never recieved them called for towels 7am friday they never came went down to lobby at 730am spoke with someone behind the desk he claim they was on their waybto my room with them the towels never came i had to go back down to the lobby and request that the front desk give me towels he went and only grab me two towels and two wash cloth and claimed someone would be up with the rest.
