"We recently stayed at the Condado Ocean Club to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, accepting, and accommodating. I had pre-arranged for our room to be decorated before check-in, and they made sure everything was beautifully set up. Although the décor noted “30 years” instead of 10, it was still romantic and added a fun, lighthearted touch to our celebration. The club itself is a fantastic place, but what truly made our stay exceptional were Marc and Carlos. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs and made our trip truly memorable. Marc, your dedication and long hours do not go unnoticed—your passion and the relationships you build with customers are evident and deeply appreciated.
