"Beautiful hotel and I had a great view of the Horseshoe Falls. Stayed there during Xmas holidays and the Festival of Lights was awesome. For an high-end hotel breakfast was so-so. I had better breakfast in cheaper hotels where the food was always hot and with more food selection. "

"We had a great 2-night stay! The staff here are the nicest! Check-in is always fast efficient! Very clean, spacious room. Just wish the patio doors actually opened. "

"The room is fine, the staff are great, but the parking garage has a very challenging entry for mid-sized and larger vehicles. Also, not all pay stations advise hotel guest not to pay for parking in the garage. That would have been nice to know upfront. It was $13 more to pay in the garage."

"We had to evacuate at 3 .30 am due to a fire alarm. The stairwell from the 23rd floor was in poor condition for most of the way. That was very disconcerting and it was impossible to understand the loud speaker instructions until we were at ground level. The staff however handled the event quickly and efficiently."
