"Rooms clean and well proportioned. Bathroom very clean and spacious. Staff were fantastic especially to my little girl."

"The room was a non smoking room yet it had a ashtray on the dresser (which was dirty with cigarette ash) the trouser press was loosely fitted to wall with one screw and u/s a number of the pictures affixed to the wall were UPSIDE-DOWN, and the room carpet was without a relationship with a vacuum cleaner. Wonderful stay

"We had a wonderful stay here on our recent weekend break to Liverpool. Check in/out was quick and easy. Room was tidy and clean. Top up of water and biscuits was very much appreciated. Staff really helpful- we were attending a football match up at Anfield but had no idea on the easiest way to get there. The lovely gentleman at reception gave us great advice and directions. We would definitely stay again."
