"Beautiful hotel in breathtaking setting. Very pleased with the room, facilities, staff and overall stay. Problem with attention to cleanliness. We stayed in Labernum room and thick dust in the top of the radiator set off a runny nose allergy. This could be hoovered out but clearly never done. Also mould on the seals of the shower screen and round bath plug hole. Also in bar area there were cobwebs and dead flies in the chandelier and there were cobwebs in the ceiling atriums in the corridors. ...

"This is a terrible place for a person expecting a good nights sleep in a clean environment. I ended up staying in what felt a converted shed. It was cold and damp. The bedding felt wet to sleep in as it was so damp. I ended up sleeping in my t-shirt i was so cold. The pillows where brown and dirty. The carpet had not been hovered. The electrics tripped 3 times and i had to keep putting the switch back up. The tv didnt work. I had to keep getting up to use the buttons on the tv itself. The screen...
