"Wonderful location in the heart of the CBD. Tough access up steep flight of steps ( no one offered to help with our 2 large bags, they just watched, and not sure how you get on if you have mobility issues.) Our first room had no WiFi connection ( they said they had problems on this floor) and the AC didn’t seem to be cooling properly. So we insisted on moving. The person helping us was very sympathetic.
