"Brilliant venue. Stunning views, Onsen and the baths on the balconies of our rooms were awesome. Great stay highly recommended. Two small suggestions for improvement: Allow new guests to pre-book their dinner time as we arrived late and the had to eat really late; clearer advice on travel time/shuttle options from Odawara. The trip from Odawara took 2.5 hours because it was weekend. Only small suggestions not criticism as our stay was wonderful."

"The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful when we needed assistance! The team at the Mt. Fuji hotel were very friendly and assisted us with whatever we needed. The view of Mount Fuji from the hotel was amazing! We ended up walking up the mountain to the hotel, as we did not initially know about the shuttle bus but that did not prove to be too difficult. We had a fantastic time at Mt. Fuji hotel!! "

"I booked two different types of room for two nights. The hotel offers me to stay in the first room until the second room is ready to check in. That impressive me and make me more relax. All the staffs are friendly and nice. And all the plant decoration in every corner of the hotel are fresh and pretty. Food quality is good and I love the Japanese style Buffett breakfast ( they also have western style buffet too). I will come back to visit for sure"

"This place is very quaint and tucked into the side of a hill inside of the forest. Very traditional Japanese style with super attentive staff and lots of great amenities. Has multiple baths, sake/tea room and bar. Easy to get around from the hotel as it’s close to everything. There are beautiful hikes and waterfalls with in 20 minutes walking or a quick cab ride. The hotel provides a 12 course omakaze japanese style dinner and breakfast. It’s truly and exceptional place where you can relax and find a traditional Japanese experience."
