"When I booked the place, it said I wouldn’t get a view of Mt. Fuji. When we arrived, we were in awe! The room we got had an amazing view of the mountain and hakone shrine. The only thing that we had an issue with was checking in. We had the online check in and had to do the check in on the tablet in the stay. We had trouble finishing the check in process due to the video call, but checking out was very easy! "

"Top tier hotel with excellent service and so welcoming! We were welcomed by Alexandria Dar with pleasant smile and great attitude. She explained about the hotel and its amenities, services, the Atami area and made us feel at home. We loved the accommodations with the Onsen in room, awesome breakfast daily, great bar lounge, restaurants with an array of world foods and wonderful staff that made us feel so at home. We appreciated Mr. Toyo Ho who arranged and accompanied my wife and I to the Atami Hosptial(He paid the taxi fare and did not want to take our money) and assisted my wife to get medical help, filled out forms and stayed with us as the 2 physician took care of her. We will never forget the care he provided. Domo Arigato Mr Ho! You are so wonderful!!! We totally enjoyed our stay at the Pearl Star Hotel and will definitely be back. "The property is located at the north exit of Mishima station, most of the restaurants are at the south exit area. It's a long walk from north exit to south exit unless you pay 150¥ to enter the station. Lucky the hotel provides free shuttle bus.👍👍"
