"My only complaint is that the walls are thin- we could hear the laughter, sounds, and conversations of the people next to us and I don’t think it’s because they were loud. They were up till 3am or so. I think they could try to separate big groups from being next door smaller ones that don’t know each other. "

"In the room behind a chair had crumbs and had not been vacuumed. We asked for a late check out. Evidently someone didn’t program things because our key would not work and we got locked out of the room. Also we couldn’t get out of the parking garage. It was extremely expensive during this time and I expected better."
